How do I determine my correct shirt size?
We offer two primary fits: Slim and Classic. We recommend using our comprehensive Size Guide, which includes body measurements and garment dimensions, to ensure the perfect fit for your build.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 60 days of purchase. Please note that monogrammed or custom-tailored items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Do you offer sleeve shortening services?
Yes, we provide professional sleeve shortening for a small fee. Please select the 'Shorten Sleeves' option on the product page before adding the item to your cart; please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
How should I care for my Ledbury shirts?
To maintain the longevity of our premium fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Professional laundering is also an excellent option, but avoid heavy starch.
